Dietetics and nutrition
We provide you with advice, and assistance to eat well and feel well, including improving your appetite, managing dietary requirements and eating difficulties.
Occupational therapy
Our team can assess your need for equipment, technology and home modifications, and support with purchasing wheelchairs and transfer equipment. Our Occupational Therapy team can also help you with pressure and arthritis management strategies.
Physiotherapy
Working together we can help you to maximise your strength, balance, and mobility through targeted exercises, techniques, and support. This includes organising appropriate equipment such as walkers and frames.
Podiatry
Our team can assist you to move comfortably on your feet with foot, nail, or skin condition treatments, footwear assessments, and care for foot related conditions like diabetes.
Speech pathology
We can help you eat, drink, and communicate well by addressing swallowing problems, improving your speech, and supporting you with assistive technology.
Social work
Our team can support you to deal with issues you’re facing and improve your independence. This includes managing relationships, financial matters, and unsafe housing.
