Our commitment to innovation in health and aged care drives us to learn more about our clients and how to optimise their care experience.

At Silverchain, we foster a grassroots approach to Research and Innovation, encouraging and supporting the ideas of our people to be developed and tested.

There are three Future Care workstreams that aim to improve our clients health and care experience:

• Optimise: We work in partnership with our care teams, academic researchers, and clients to improve our services through evaluation and knowledge translation.
• Innovate: We design, test, evaluate, and implement new and innovative ways to deliver our services.
• Discover: We conduct academic research to generate new knowledge on the needs of our clients and how we can better support them.

These workstreams represent our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in health and aged care. By involving our clients and care teams in the Research and Innovation process, we ensure that our efforts are relevant, impactful, and aligned with their needs. This, in turn, supports our mission to create a better home care system for all Australians.
