Eating well ensures you feel strong and have the energy you need to care for yourself and recover if you have had an illness or injury.

Sometimes it can be hard to get the nutrients you need through your normal food due to loss of appetite, difficulty eating and cooking, or digestion issues.

One of our experienced Dietitians can provide individualised support to get the nutrients you need. Our specialised care starts with an assessment of your nutrition, health, medical and dietary circumstances. Our priority is to understand what your nutritional concerns are and help you create nutrition related goals.

Your Dietitian can provide advice on ways to improve your appetite and manage dietary requirements or eating difficulties. At times we may recommend specialised nutritional supplements if you are struggling to meet your nutrition needs.

Our dietary counselling and practical strategies help you maintain your health so you can be healthy and live independently at home.

To find out how to get started, call our Contact Centre on 1300 650 803 or complete our enquiry form today.
