For some of our services you can self refer or receive care without a referral. If you have any questions, you can call our Contact Centre on 1300 650 803 or complete our enquiry form.

If you’re a referrer you can find more information about our health care services by state on our referral page. For referral enquiries you can contact our referral team at 1300 300 122 for national enquiries and 1300 364 264 for SA.
