We can help you move better and do more of the daily activities that you enjoy.
Our allied health team are here to support you to improve your mobility and wellbeing. Our team includes experienced physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, social workers, dietitians and speech pathologists, who can provide your care in person, over the phone or in a video call.
Our Nursing Care can include helping you with simple to complex health care needs including wound care and medication management.
You will also have a dedicated Restorative Care Partner to help you manage your services, set goals, and develop a tailored Care Plan. If you’re receiving ongoing Support at Home services, your Support at Home and Restorative Care Partners will work together to manage your care.
While you’re getting back on your feet, we can also arrange for Everyday living supports like Domestic Assistance, Home Maintenance & Repairs, Meals and Transport.
Our care team can help you improve your ability to maintain your lifestyle. The support you receive can prevent or delay your health from getting worse and help reduce or remove the need for ongoing services.
We will work together with you on tasks such as:
- Learning new ways to do personal and daily activities that have become more difficult.
- Accessing basic and essential equipment and/or home modifications.
- Learning how to reduce the risk of falling, both at home and in the community.
- Home exercise programs that help improve strength, balance, and movement.
- Engaging in community based activities that suit your interests.
Our team can also help you understand how to take care of yourself and age well.
