- Complaint: An expression of dissatisfaction requiring formal resolution.
- Feedback: General comments, suggestions or observations, may be positive, neutral, or concerning. No acknowledgement will occur unless requested.
If your feedback relates to serious misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of law or policy, you may prefer to raise it under our Whistleblower Policy. This process provides additional protections, including confidentiality and safeguards against reprisal.
